Returns & exchanges

• Request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
• Exchanges are for a different size or colour of the same piece, or for store credit of equal value.
• Return delivery to us is at your cost. We cover the delivery of the exchanged piece back to you.
• Sale items, accessories and pieces marked "final sale" cannot be exchanged.

We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged or we have sent the wrong item, we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery charges, within 5 working days of receiving it back.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
2. We will confirm the exchange and send you the return address.
3. Send the piece back with any courier. Keep the tracking receipt.
4. Once received and checked, we dispatch your replacement within 2 working days.

Every Oribel piece is covered against manufacturing defects (seams, zips, buttons) for 30 days from delivery. Wear, stains and damage from washing are not covered. Contact us with photos and we will repair or replace the piece.
