Terms & conditions

• An order is confirmed only when you receive our order confirmation email or WhatsApp message. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, in which case any payment made is refunded in full.
• Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
• Promotions, coupon codes and automatic discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Some pieces are excluded from discounts when paid by instalment plan; this is shown on the product page and at checkout.
• Orders via WhatsApp are confirmed in the chat and are subject to the same terms as website orders.

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer and, where enabled, card payments and instalment plans through Mintpay and Koko. Instalment plans are subject to the provider’s own terms and approval. Bank transfer orders are held for 48 hours pending payment, after which they may be cancelled.

Delivery times shown are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours with photos.

We photograph every piece as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly between screens and natural fabrics can have small variations that are part of their character. Measurements in the size guide are body measurements with a tolerance of 1-2 cm.

All designs, photographs, text and the Oribel name and logo are the property of Oribel Fashion and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
